About Us
SMARTSEL Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporation) and the designated ICT arm for MBI and its subsidiaries.
SMARTSEL plays a strategic role in developing and managing the state’s digital infrastructure ecosystem to ensure a comprehensive and sustainable digital future for the State of Selangor.
Licensed & Certified Solutions Provider
SMARTSEL holds a full licensing accreditation from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), enabling us to operate across the entire digital value chain.
